POA Records is proud to announce the results of the #JLPF Election! The winning cover, JLPF 3, received a total of 43.75% of the total vote. Voting was conducted via Facebook (31.25% of the result) and POA's JLPF page (68.75% of the result) which has been gathering print and online media attention. Voting lasted from Sunday, Feb 28th, to Sunday, March 7th, 2010. Just Lyphe's personal favorite, JLPF 4, came in fourth in the election, with only 6.25% of the vote. Just Lyphe, and other POA Artists were not allowed to vote during the election, as this one was strictly for the fans! Detailed results below:

 Los Angeles, CA. BREAKING NEWS: POA recording artist, Just Lyphe, has finally unveiled the final album cover specs for his upcoming and long-anticipated sophomore EP, Patriotic Front (P.F.) and now he wants to hear from you, THE FANS, to help pick the final & official cover!

The album cover (actually designed by Just Lyphe himself) features a bold depiction of the Zimbabwe Bird, which is found on the Zimbabwean coat of arms, and is used by the national sports teams and is found on the national flag. It represents a bird statue which is found in the ruins of Great Zimbabwe; which was an ancient civilization that existed in Zimbabwe from the 11th century to about the 14th century. Great Zimbabwe is the most famous stone building in southern Africa. The word 'Zimbabwe' is derived from the Shona words 'dzimba dzemabwe' and means "houses of stone", which refers to the fact that Great Zimbabwe was built completely of stone. The city controlled much of interior southeast Africa for nearly two centuries. When 16th century settlers arrived at the massive stone structures they believed they had found the fabled capital of the Queen of Sheba. Throughout the area there are a number of smaller but similar ruins.

The red star beneath the Zimbabwe bird is found on the Zimbabwe flag and symbolizes the revolutionary struggle for liberation and peace.

The album cover design of PF was inspired by Dumi & Minanzi III's 'Mweya' and Damian Marley & Nas' upcoming release, "Distant Relatives". The Patriotic Front (P.F.) EP features production from El Hama, Kudakwashe Musasiwa, Tags, and Just Lyphe himself. Voting is easy! Just Lyphe was not available for comment, but released an official statement: "This is going to be a free and fair election."
